Shipping & Returns Policy

We currently deliver to the UK & worldwide. We will aim to ship an order within 3 working days of the order date. However, this timescale isn’t guaranteed & some orders may take longer to be processed & shipped out (particularly personalised products). You will receive an email to let you know once your order has been shipped.

Our delivery charges:​

  • UK 1st class tracked & signed delivery - £5.99

  • International tracked delivery- £12.99

UK deliveries are sent with Royal Mail.

UK Tracked & Signed for deliveries will have a tracking number sent with your shipment email so you are able to track this delivery & contact Royal Mail if the delivery has not arrived within 7 working days, using your tracking number. 

We can’t guarantee how long the delivery will take, but we usually expect the delivery to be made within 7 working days of shipment (check the date of your shipment email to know this date, as it could be different to your order date). If you have not received your order within this time, please email us at animalattire@hotmail.com. Remember to include your order number within this email so we can send you the correct proof of postage for you to chase this up. 

Please note: it is not Animal Attire Limited responsibility to chase the delivery of the order. If an order has not arrived within 7 working days, you should email animalattire@hotmail.com & Animal Attire Limited will send the proof of postage information to you (along with the tracking number) & it is the customers responsibility to chase the order & if the order has been lost by Royal Mail, it is the customers responsibility to claim any compensations for a lost parcel. A new order will need to be made with Animal Attire Limited for replacement items to be sent out to you again.

 

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, tracked shipment.

We can’t guarantee how long international shipping will take to be delivered but we usually expect orders to arrive within 21 working days of shipment (check the date of your shipment email to know this date as it could be different to your order date). If after this time your order has not arrived, please let us know by sending us an email to animalattire@hotmail.com. Remember to include you order number within this email so we can send you the correct proof of postage for you to chase this up with Royal Mail.

Please note: when the International delivery option is chosen by the customer, it is not Animal Attire Limited responsibility to chase the delivery of the order. If an order has not arrived within 21 working days, you should email animalattire@hotmail.com & Animal Attire Limited will send the proof of postage information to you (along with the tracking details) & it is the customers responsibility to chase the order & if the order has been lost by Royal Mail, it is the customers responsibility to claim any compensations for a lost parcel. A new order will need to be made with Animal Attire Limited for replacement items to be sent out to you again.

In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.

All orders will be delivered by a third party courier: Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.

If the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away. Alternatively, if any minor damage is noticed upon removal from the packaging we ask that you contact us immediately on animalattire@hotmail.com so we can assist to rectify the situation.

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for the order. If the delivery address provided at time of order is incorrect, it is not Animal Attire Limited responsibility to track the order or try to get it returned. In this situation, no refund will be made & no replacement order will be sent out. A new order will need to be made.

 

We offer refunds & exchanges.

 

All returns & exchanges enquiries need to be made within 14 days of the order date. If this date is passed, the exchange/ refund may not be accepted. In order to apply for a refund or to exchange an item, you must email animalattire@hotmail.com, including your order number. Animal Attire Limited will only offer a refund or exchange on an item(s) that are new & unused, with the tags & labels still attached & in the original packaging. If the product looks used or has the tags missing, it will not be accepted as a return & will be sent back to you.

 

If a refund or exchange of a product is required, an email must be sent to animalattire@hotmail.com within 14 days of the order date to request the return address. This return or exchange must be received by Animal Attire Limited within 7 working days of the return address being sent to the buyer. No return postage costs will be covered by Animal Attire Limited, this is the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is not received by Animal Attire Limited within 7 days of the return address being emailed out, the return, exchange or refund may not be given.

In some cases, the cost of postage will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please also remember to include your order number with your return order so we know who the parcel is from & what action you require (exchange/ refund). If there is no order number included, we will not process the return.

 

In the situation where the buyer has ordered an incorrect item (wrong colour, wrong size, etc), if there is an amendment email sent to animalattire@hotmail.com before the shipment email is sent out, this can be changed. However, if the amendment email is sent after the shipment email is sent (so after the order has been posted out), the order can no longer be changed & you will need to request for an exchange. The return postage costs will not be covered by Animal Attire Limited.

Please note that any limited edition, personalised or occasion items (i.e halloween, christmas, etc) are non-returnable. These items are not able to be exchanged or refunded once purchased. It is recommended extra care is taken to measure your dog correctly, as Animal Attire Limited will take no responsibility for any limited edition, personalised or occasion items that are ordered in the incorrect sizes for your dog. 

 

Animal Attire Limited reserve the right not to refund or exchange item(s) that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
